Privacy policy
This policy explains what our games and this website collect, why, who helps us, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
The short version

- Your progress and settings stay on your phone.
- Our games show ads from Google AdMob. Ads are personalised only if you allow it, and you can change that at any time.
- With your agreement where the law requires it, the games send anonymous play statistics so we can tune levels and fix problems. You can switch this off in Settings.
- Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card or bank details.
- This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers.

Ads and your choices
Ads appear at natural breaks in the games. They come from Google AdMob, which uses data from your device to show, limit and measure ads. How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google’s consent form asks for your choice before any personalised ad. If you do not agree, you see non-personalised or limited ads.
- In US states with privacy laws, you can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data for advertising through the same form.
- On iPhone, Apple asks whether the app may track you. The advertising identifier is read only if you allow it.
- You can change your choice at any time in Settings Privacy Privacy choices; on iPhone, tracking is changed in the iOS Settings app.
- The game asks once, after you have played a little, never before your first game. Your choice never changes the levels, rewards or how the game plays.
- The Remove ads purchase stops the ads that appear between levels. Ads you choose to watch for a reward stay optional.
Play statistics
Statistics are collected with PostHog, hosted in the European Union. They never include your name, email, contacts or precise location, and we set PostHog not to keep your IP address. Events wait on your phone until your privacy choices allow them to be sent; if you decline, they are deleted without being sent.
You can stop them at any time with Settings Privacy Share play statistics. Anything still waiting on your phone is then deleted, and nothing more is sent.
Purchases
The App Store and Google Play take your payment under their own privacy policies; we never receive your name, card or bank details from them. RevenueCat checks the store receipt so the game can deliver and restore what you bought. It receives the receipt, the products and an anonymous purchase id.
Reminders
If you turn on a reminder in a game, it is scheduled on your phone. No notification token or other data is sent to us for it, and you can turn it off at any time.
This website
honeyloom.app sets no cookies and runs no analytics, trackers or third-party scripts. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
Legal bases
- Saving your game, delivering purchases and answering emails: to provide the game you asked for (performance of a contract).
- Personalised ads and, where the law requires it, statistics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Non-personalised ads, fraud prevention and, where consent is not required, anonymous statistics: our legitimate interest in funding and improving free games, balanced by the choices above.
- Keeping purchase records: our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules.
How long we keep data
- On your phone: until you reset your progress or delete the game.
- Play statistics: up to 24 months [to be confirmed before release], then deleted.
- Purchase records: as long as needed to restore your purchases and as tax and accounting rules require.
- Support emails: as long as needed to help you, then deleted.
Children
Our games are made for players aged 13 and over and are not directed at children. They are not in the Kids or Families sections of the stores. If you believe a child under 13 (or under the minimum age in your country) has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy, to object to or limit its use, and to withdraw your consent. Write to privacy@honeyloom.app; we answer within one month. Because we do not know who you are, please include the anonymous id from a Support email (Settings Help Support) so we can find your data. Delete your data explains each step.
You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. If a change matters to how your data is used, we will say so in the games or on this website before it applies.
