Terms of use
These terms apply when you download or play one of our games. By playing, you agree to them. They never take away rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Who we are
The games are made by Honeyloom, run by [to be confirmed before release]. Contact: support@honeyloom.app.
Playing the games
We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to download and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment and not for commercial use. You also agree to the terms of the store you downloaded from; on the App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement applies alongside these terms.
Purchases and in-game items
- Our games are free to play. Optional purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, at the price the store shows in your currency, and under the store’s payment and refund rules.
- Coins, boosters, themes and other in-game items are a licence to use them in that game. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another player or another of our games.
- Permanent purchases, such as Remove ads, can be restored on another device with the same store account. Items you have used, such as spent coins, cannot be restored.
- Progress and items are saved on your device. If you delete the game or reset your progress, they are lost, except purchases that can be restored.
Ads
The games show ads from third parties. We choose where and how often they appear, but not every ad’s content; if an ad seems inappropriate, please tell us. Your choices about personalised ads are explained in our Privacy policy.
Fair use
- Do not cheat, hack, or modify the games or their files, or use tools that interfere with them.
- Do not copy, resell or redistribute the games or their content, or reverse-engineer them except where the law allows it.
- Do not use the games in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.
Our content
The games, their names, art, music, sounds, levels and text belong to Honeyloom or to those who licensed them to us. Third-party software and fonts are listed in each game under Settings, Help, Credits and licences.
Updates and availability
We update the games to fix problems and add things, and an update may change how a feature works. We may stop offering a game; if we do, we will say so in advance where we can. Some features need an internet connection and depend on the stores and our providers.
Our responsibility
We work hard to make the games reliable and fair, but we cannot promise they will always be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop playing at any time by deleting the game. If someone seriously breaks these terms, we may stop them from using online features.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of [to be confirmed before release], without taking away the protection of the law of the country where you live. If they change, we update the date at the top; important changes are announced in the games or on this website before they apply.
